Do I need an existing Shopify website?
No. This can be a complete new Shopify build. If you already use Shopify, I can prepare the new customer-facing experience without publishing it until the website is approved.
What content do I need to supply?
You provide final salon, training and course information, brand assets, relevant imagery and reviews. I guide what is needed and structure it strategically. Full copywriting, photography and course creation are not included unless quoted separately.
Does course connection include building my course?
No. The standard website package connects your supplied course or checkout link into the correct sales journey. Course creation, lesson uploads, platform setup, graphics, emails and launch content can be quoted separately.
What if I have multiple salon locations?
Shared services and booking links can often sit within the standard journey. A separate fee applies only when another location needs its own page or substantially different content.
How do payment and revisions work?
A 50% deposit secures the agreed start date and the remaining 50% is due before launch. Three consolidated revision rounds are included.
When does the timeline begin?
The start date and expected launch timing are confirmed in your proposal. The timeline begins once the deposit, Shopify access, final content, imagery and requested information are supplied.
