Is this a complete website rebuild?
No. This is a strategic visual refresh of an existing Shopify website using the content, structure and brand assets you already have. If the entire structure or offer needs rebuilding, the Salon Website package will be a better fit.

Do I need to have my copy and images ready?
Yes. The package is designed around refining existing content rather than creating everything from scratch. Light copy polishing can be added, but full copywriting and new brand photography are not included.

Can I refresh fewer than four pages?
Absolutely. Your investment is based on whether you need one, two, three or four key pages refreshed. Use the investment builder above for an immediate guide.

What if I need new pages or additional functionality?
Tell me what you need in your enquiry. Small additions can be quoted separately. If the project has grown beyond a refresh, I will recommend the most suitable website package rather than squeezing the work into the wrong scope.

Will my current booking links and forms still work?
Your existing essential links are preserved and reconnected across the refreshed pages. Updating one existing booking connection or enquiry form can also be selected as an optional add-on.

Do you work on platforms other than Shopify?
The Website Refresh package is specifically for existing Shopify websites. This keeps the scope, process and pricing clear.

Will changes appear on my live website while you work?
No. Your refresh is prepared away from the live customer experience. Nothing is published until the work has been reviewed, refined and approved.

How long will my Website Refresh take?
Your refreshed website is scheduled to go live within 12 days of the agreed project start date, provided all requested content, images, website access and feedback are supplied by the required dates. Delays in receiving information or approvals may move the launch date.
