Is this a complete website rebuild?
No. It is a strategic visual refresh using your existing Shopify website, content, structure and brand assets. If the foundations need rebuilding, I will recommend a fuller website package.
Do my copy and images need to be ready?
Yes. The package refines existing content rather than creating everything from scratch. Light copy polishing can be added, but full copywriting and photography are not included.
Can I refresh fewer than four pages?
Yes. Choose one, two, three or four key pages in the calculator. The $500 launch saving applies specifically to the complete four-page refresh.
Will my live website be disrupted?
No. The refresh is prepared away from the live customer experience and is only published after it has been reviewed, refined and approved.
How long does the refresh take?
The refreshed website is scheduled to go live within 12 days of the agreed start date, provided content, access and feedback are supplied by the required dates.
